Budesal Respules 2.5ml (Budesonide + Salbutamol) work together to manage asthma and COPD. Budesonide reduces inflammation in the airways, while salbutamol relaxes the muscles, making it easier to breathe. This combination helps to prevent and treat airway narrowing and improve lung function.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

This medication is typically inhaled through a spacer or nebulizer.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Common side effects include: sore throat, cough, headache, and dry mouth.

Less common side effects may include: tremor, nervousness, palpitations, and muscle cramps.

Serious side effects are rare but can occur. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following: chest pain, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face or tongue, rash, or unusual bleeding or bruising.
