Briv+ 100 Tab (Brivaracetam) is an anticonvulsant believed to work by binding to synaptic vesicle protein 2A (SV2A), thereby modulating neurotransmitter release and reducing neuronal hyperexcitability, thus helping to control seizures.

Store at controlled room temperature (20°C to 25°C); excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C. Protect from moisture.

Dosage should be determined by a healthcare professional based on individual needs and response.

Generally, treatment begins with a low dose, gradually increased as tolerated.

It's usually taken once or twice daily, with or without food.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol may increase the risk of drowsiness and other side effects. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking brivaracetam.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Brivaracetam can cause dizziness and drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Brivaracetam may pass into breast milk.



Children

The use of brivaracetam in children is not fully established; consult your doctor.



Kidney

Dosage adjustments may be needed for patients with kidney impairment.
