Britzilam 75 Tab (Brivaracetam) is an anticonvulsant believed to work by binding to the synaptic vesicle protein 2A (SV2A), although the exact mechanism by which this reduces seizures is not fully understood. This binding modulates neurotransmitter release, thereby reducing neuronal hyperexcitability and preventing seizure activity.
