Britzilam 200 Tab Sr (Brivaracetam) is an anticonvulsant that works by binding to the synaptic vesicle protein 2A (SV2A) in the brain, modulating neurotransmitter release and reducing neuronal excitability. The exact mechanism by which it reduces seizure activity is not fully understood, but it's thought to be related to its effects on synaptic transmission.
