Bolofen 5mg Tab (Baclofen) acts as a GABA-B receptor agonist in the central nervous system. This means it mimics the effects of the neurotransmitter GABA, reducing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters and ultimately decreasing muscle spasticity and spasms.
