A pain reliever and fever reducer that works by reducing the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause pain and inflammation.
Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and allergies, such as:
Runny nose
Sneezing
Itchy, watery eyes
Stuffy nose
Headache
Fever
Body aches
This combination medication works by reducing inflammation, relieving pain, and clearing nasal passages. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine, Paracetamol reduces pain and fever, and Phenylephrine decongests the nasal passages.
Store the medication at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Follow the instructions on the label or as directed by your doctor.
The usual adult dose is 1-2 tablets or capsules every 4-6 hours as needed.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
This medication is usually taken by mouth with or without food.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule.

Alcohol may increase the risk of drowsiness and other side effects. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication.
This medication may cause drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.
It's best to consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
This medication is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years without consulting a doctor.
