Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels, reducing peripheral resistance and lowering blood pressure. Metoprolol slows the heart rate and reduces the force of heart contractions, further lowering blood pressure and reducing the workload on the heart. The combination provides a synergistic effect in managing hypertension and angina.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual needs and response.
Typically taken once daily, with or without food.
Do not abruptly stop taking this medication; consult your doctor for guidance on tapering off.
