Gemfos 35mg Tab (Risedronate) is a bisphosphonate that inhibits osteoclast-mediated bone resorption, leading to increased bone mineral density and reduced fracture risk. It works by attaching to bone mineral, interfering with the activity of osteoclasts, the cells responsible for breaking down bone.
