Bosentas 62.5mg Tab (Bosentan) is an endothelin receptor antagonist. It works by blocking the action of endothelin-1, a potent vasoconstrictor (blood vessel constricting substance). By blocking endothelin-1, bosentan helps to relax and widen blood vessels in the lungs, improving blood flow and reducing blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of unused medication properly.
Dosage and frequency are determined by the physician based on individual patient needs and response.
Typically administered orally, usually twice daily.
