Acotrexed 500 Injection (Pemetrexed) is an antifolate chemotherapy drug. It inhibits several enzymes involved in folate metabolism, ultimately disrupting DNA synthesis and cell replication, leading to cell death in rapidly dividing cancer cells.
Store at controlled room temperature (20°C-25°C). Protect from light and moisture. Dispose of unused medication properly according to local regulations.

It's typically administered intravenously (IV) over a period of 10-12 minutes.
