This medication works by neutralizing excess stomach acid, reducing gas formation, and protecting the stomach lining from irritation. Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium act as antacids, neutralizing acid. Simethicone breaks down gas bubbles, and alginic acid forms a protective layer over the stomach lining.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep out of reach of children.

The usual dose is one or two tablets or capsules chewed or swallowed with water, as needed, after meals and at bedtime.
